Chief Executive Officer
Rob has been an integral part of Wellness Coaches’ success since co-founding the company in 2002. Starting as CFO and COO, he eventually became CEO in 2019, and his leadership and vision have been instrumental in transforming the company from a local wellness coaching provider to a leading national healthcare provider. Through Rob’s strategic vision and commitment to providing quality healthcare services, Wellness Coaches has grown from 5 employees in 2002 to over 250 today and is now a leader in the industry.
Justin Thomas
Chief Operating Officer
Justin has been with Wellness Coaches since 2006. As the COO, he oversees daily operations and the executive team. Justin designs and implements business strategies, plans, and procedures based on a consistent flow of client and participant feedback. He has his finger on the pulse of what clients in all industries need to reach the wellbeing goals of thier unique populations.

With 29 years of innovative business leadership, Kris plans a visionary expansion of Wellness Coaches, which capitalizes on the company’s strengths in the wellness, safety and injury prevention, and nutrition sectors while bringing comprehensive healthcare services to our portfolio.
Amber Boyer
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Amber’s responsibilities include developing and customizing Wellness Coaches products, solutions, and service delivery strategies. She oversees client services, content development, and company wide training.
Bill Haase
Chief Financial Officer
Bill is an accomplished finance and accountingg executive with extensive expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, analytics, operations, leadership and development, sales and human resources partnering. As our CFO, Bill is responsible for managing the finance and accounting divisions and assists the CEO with forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and obtaining funding.

As Chief Wellbeing Officer, Krista is responsible for overseeing the Wellbeing Services division to optimize lifestyle modification solutions through our Wellness Coaches and Registered Dietitians.
Gene McGuire
Managing Partner
Gene joined Wellness Coaches in 2002 as one of the company’s managing partners. He is responsible for strategic relationships with carrier, health benefits, property and casualty partners, and enterprise client companies across the U.S. Gene plays a critical role in connecting organizations with health management and injury prevention solutions to support the needs of their populations.
Kristin Oakes, DNP, FNP-BC, NNP-BC
Chief Clinical Officer
With 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Dr. Kristin Oakes has held leadership positions in a variety of clinical platforms spanning primary care, rehabilitation, intensive care, operations, management, and compliance. As our CCO, Dr. Oakes provides leadership and oversight for all clinical programs and initiatives.
Danny Patterson
Chief Technology Officer
As the CTO, Danny is primarily responsible for leading the development and innovation of our technology platform, Healthy Ways®. Danny oversees the product team, including engineering, quality assurance, support, content, and product operations. Danny brings 20+ years of experience in the development of innovative technology platforms and managing diverse teams of technical talent.
Dr. Sunil Pandit
Laboratory Director
As the Laboratory Director, Sunil is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory, including the employment of competent personnel, equipment, safety, laboratory policies, quality assurance, all testing (including proficiency testing) and test reports.
Ashish Patel
Director of Regulatory Affairs
As the Director of Regulatory Affairs, Ashish has 15+ years of experience in the industry. He continuously monitors the certification and licensing of our healthcare professionals and ensures that all Wellness Coaches products and services abide by the regulatory standards outlined by the FDA or ICH.
Tina Lloyd
Executive Vice President of Healthcare Solutions
As the EVP of Healthcare Solutions, Tina’s responsibilities include managing recruitment, training, and deployment of healthcare professionals and developing and executing healthcare programs including COVID-19 testing, vaccination, biometric screening, wellness, and other healthcare initiatives.
